How in the hell did i gain that much weight because of 1 meal?!

How in the hell did i gain that much weight because of 1 meal?

so im 16 / 170 6'1 but i have a bit of body fat, im very active in football, and recently started a high protein diet. On saturdays i have my cheat meal. So i woke up and weighed 170.6 that saturday, had a big bowl of healthy cereal and a bannana, an apple later on that day, and went out to eat and had a ton of chicken, pork, etc. very little carbs. But then it got worse, i went up and got prolly like 3 peices of cake total, and this morning my weight was 177. how in the hell did i gain that much weight?


Answers:

It could be water retention from all the salty things you ate. I have gained that much over a weekend before. In a few days, it should be gone. Any weight you put that on that fast rarely is related to fat and normally disappears in 2-3 days.
