How can i lessen pain day(s) after workouts?!


Question:

How can i lessen pain day(s) after workouts?

i try to lift weights for three or four days in a row and then rest. i split my workouts up into different muscle groups, doing two each workout. my problem is that i will be in pain the next day and when i go to lift again, i will have to use that muscle as a secondary muscle to workout out a different muscle, thus creating intense soreness. i know its good to be in pain after workouts but i would like to lessen that pain.


Answers:

Take some Advil, or Tylenol. Try using some Bengay, or other muscle rubs. Soak in a hot bath tub after you work out to relax your muscles.
