Question: Is this an okay diet, or is it on the border line of being considered "anorexic!?"!?
I am not overweight, but I want to be skinnier!.
Breakfast-
Half of a Slim Fast shake
(worked all of those calories off by playing tennis)
Lunch-
Nothing!. Drank water!.
Dinner-
I'll eat, but in smaller portions!.
(A little after dinner, I will do a work out video)
*No snacks
*I drank water and teas today, which had no calories!.
*I felt kind of dizzy & shaky, so I ate 6 slices of turkey lunch meat, that had 45 calories all together!.

I think it is healthy, is it!? I don't want to be considered anorexic, but is it!? Please, don't recommend any diets, just tell me if this is anorexic like!. I have only did this kind of diet for two days!. Don't tell me to go get help because I am just trying this diet, but if people tell me it's anorexic like, I will stop and add more food to my diet if that's the case!. I didn't want anyone to think I am becoming anorexic, so I lied and said that I ate lunch!. Thank you to all who answer decently!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok!.!.!. i usually hate writing long answers but here I go lol

You seem to not know much about nutrition!. So I'll help you out after being in a similar situation like you and being frustrated everytime I found out something I was doing was bad!.

Ok so I'm going to tell you some guidelines!.!.!.!.
NEVER go below 1200 calories per day!. NEVER !.!.!. and If you do like you did the last 2 days!.!.!. I'm not kidding you were better off eating an 1200 calorie birthday cake remix from coldstone and you'd be in better terms now than what you did I actually think you could of eaten 2 of them and be in better terms actually with your metabolism!. Your body needs a minimum of 1200 calories a day to perform normal body functions!. What you are doing right now by not eating is slowing down your metabolism !.!.!.

And also let me slip a comment here!.!.!. I think anorexic people eat like 3 times more than that a day!.

Okay next
Now that you know that you need to eat more!.!.!.!.!.
Another thing is that you should never lose more than 1% of your body weight per week, If you do it's unhealthy!.!.!.!.

To lose weight eat like 200 calories less than what it reccomends!.!.!.!.!. I reccomend that you check other online calculators just to be on the safe side!. But remember!.!.!. they are not just jokes !.!. if it says to eat 2000 then don't eat like 1300 try to stay within 500 calories of your recomended calorie intake!.
Now on to other stuff!.!.!.!.!. there are 4 calories in carbohydrates!.!.!. 4 calories in protein!.!.!. and 9 carbohydrates in fat!.!.!.!. at least 50% of your diet should consist of carbs and 20-30% should consist of fat 20- 30% protein!. Now a common mistake made by most people is not knowing about fat!. YOU NEED FAT TO LOSE FAT!. Make sure to get healthy fats though not saturated and no trans!. Look in food labels for omega 3's !.!.!.!. unsaturated monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat!.

Well when i was on phetermine i ate really small portions of food almost nothing like wat youre doing!. I dont think its being anorexic as long as you only do til you get the disired weight, Also try to eat more times like 5 times a day but real little portions lk wat ur doing now and drink lots of water!. its normal to feel weak, your body is used to eating more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

any diet under 1500 calories per day is considered unhealthy!.!.!.this diet appears to be that way!. There are many healthier ways out there to lose weight and still be healthy!. I wouldn't call trying a new diet for a day or two anorexic or anorexic-like!. But you should at least be consuming 1500 calories a day to maintain good nutritional values!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's definitely not a healthy diet!. A healthy diet would include about five small meals throughout the day!. Also, talk with a nutritionist or dietician because they help you figure out what weight is healthy for your age and body height and also teach you better eating habits to stay healthy and fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are starting to go anorexic =[ Maybe consult with a dietician if you really want to lose weight!. You might lose your life if you keep up this eating habit!.
