Are there any excersises to help flatten my stomach?
i don't want to have to use equipment
just some excersises
that can build up muscles and rid away fat.
i eat somewhat healthy and i go to the pool a lot.

Do lots of sit ups and leg raise. Try all kind of style for leg raise, that will build up you abdomen, situps will tighten the muscles in your abdomen. Leg rasing can be done on the floor and edge of the bed of table. Each exercise, do a repetition of 20 at 1-4 counts.
Trust me in 1 weeks you will see results. Do some back stretch on the thighs and calves, and you will have a nice buttocks. Have a good time.
