Question: How can i gain some weight!?
six month ago my weight was 62 kg
but i played football very well and loose 4 kg
now my weight is 58 kg my age is 19 years
i want to gain weight about 5 kg for this purpose i have joint Gym

With your healthy participation in active sports being necessary I can not tell you to exercise less!. That leaves only one option = to take in more calories!. The best additional calories for weight gain comes from carbohydrates such as bread, rice, potatoes (chips), and sugary sweets!. You need to add or increase these items in your diet with such snacks at in-between meal times!. If you do so, you will gain!. Of course your regular meals will still include protein and vegetables!. well haha Megan Fox (who is a celebrity) was recently told she needed to gain 10 pounds, so she's eating dinner veryy late and eating something unhealthy like cake before she goes to bed!.

precautions!? seriously its common sense go to the gym and put on 5kg of muscle mass, theres no precautions to be taken its all good for you!.
just dont eat like a pig and end up putting on 5kg of fat and then try claiming its muscle

You don't have to gain extra weight when you are fu healthy!
I think for a boy at 19 the everage is not the one you are at!
so eat milk, potatoes, bla bla bla!

eat high carb foods and red meat if i could loose 62 lbs buy cutting it out if you add more of it you should gain nothing fatty though because your are tryng to be ealth protein bars and shakes high protien one from the drug store they are cheaper at walmartWww@Answer-Health@Com

eat a combnation of chicken white rice fruits veges and eat junk food in moderation like hamburgers pizza and fried chicken but remember to get enough protein in you!. train hard and heavy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
