Question: With lat pulldowns, are you doing them wrong if your arms begin to hurt at the end of the third set!?
My arms don't allow me to get the 9th and 10th rep on the third set!. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong!?

yes, if you feel the pull in your biceps and they get tired you are doing them right, not only do they work the lats, but the motion is very similar to the motion of curls!. so you will get tired arms, just keep working at it!.
