Answers:
Even if you ate 2 pounds of carrots a day and sat around on the couch all day, you'd gain weight!.

But extremely low-fat diets aren't healthy!. No matter how old you are (but espeically if you're a teenager or kid), you need fat!. Your brain and organs require it!.

If you don't believe me, look it up!. But I would ask a doctor!.!.or better yet, a nutritionist!.
My sister is a nutritionist, actually!. She knows a lot about that sort of stuff (duh), and she'd tell you the exact same thing that I just told you!.

the best thing to do is eat a balanced diet, stay active, and drink lots of water!. Get enough fiber, and don't worry about your weight!. If you are concerned, you should go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See, calories are the reason one gains weight!. It's just how they are used in the body, generally for building muscle and misc!. Let them go to waste, and they will turn into fat!. So to answer the question, the amount of fat entering the body would not matter when you are outweighted by an enormous amount of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most low fat foods are higher in sugar than their full fat counterparts!. The manufacturers get you coming and going!.

At 2,500 calories a day, you'd have to be fairly active or you would gain weight!. The body really doesn't know the difference between fat, sugar, etc!. Calories are calories and too much goes to fat!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!.!.!.

As has been stated, non-fat does not healthy as these are normally loaded with sugars and simple carbs (your body process quickly and stores)!. Depending on your size and activity level, 2500 calories isn't bad as long as you take in quality calories (your body uses) throughout the day - ie 4-6 small meals per day!. Also, don't concentrate on cutting out all fats as your body needs good fats and in fact if you do cut all fats, it can be counterproductive!.

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will still gain because you are still consuming other food which has calories
you need to burn those calories because if you don't the body stores it for later use and it does not mattter if its 2000 cals from carbs or fat , you will still store it because your body is not that dumb!.!.!.sorry:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

even in this instance there is still not enough information!. still need to know metabolism and how much exercise!.
yes, you can still gain weight!. simple formula if you eat more calories than you burn you gain weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
