Question: Anyone have any safe tips for toning thigh muscles!?
Does anyone know how to tone the muscles on your thighs!? I do a lot of running and biking, but is there anything else I can be doing as well!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

with a simple elastic rope around your ankle and keep pulling it!.!. will work wonders!.!. tightening/tone anywhere in your body!.!.

search in you tube for resistance training and your will see alot of videos that will help you!.

also your not dealing with any weights or something extreme soo!.!.its verry safe

Squats and lunges are the number one thing for toning thighs ,glutes, hamstrings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
