Should cardio be done before or after stregnth training?!

Question: Should cardio be done before or after stregnth training!?
Answers:
like mentioned above it depends on your goals if you want to get big just strength train and do some light cardio on the days you don't lift!. However if you wish to get cut and still gain some size shoot for cardio after weights, yes after and here's why!.
After weights the muscles are running with blood taking nutrients from it to fuel themselves this leads to (mostly) fat around those muscles to being used as energy!. This is so because your body is very wise it'll take the nearest nutrients it can, hence the layer of fat in the hypodermis of your skin which is closest to muscles!. Fat as well is already being transported by your blood vessels and lymphatic vessels this easy accessibility and the fact fat only has only 3 molecules to be broken down for energy make it ideal for muscles!. This is especially useful when trying to get abs beacuse most of your excess fat is stored around your mid section!.
Now you might think you'll be tired but no this is actually a perfect opportunity to keep the nutrients circulating through your body by doing cardio and pumping the blood even more rapidly to muscle cells leading to an increase in muscle tone and size!. All in all if you want to get cut do cardio after weights if you're looking to get big hit the cardio between lift days and go light like a fast paced walk!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on you're goals!. I'm mostly concerned with gaining weight, so I don't even do cardio on days that I lift, but if you do you can do some light cardio for a warm up!. I wouldn't recommend doing cardio after weightlifting as it is the optimal time to deliver nutrients to you're muscles and let them recover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
