I can't recommend a good brand to you because I am also searching. But be really careful when going shopping for the because the FDA doesn't regulate what goes into them or how much fillers or what not. So I recommend going to the organic health store and asking the staff there which contain the least amount of fillers. Don't trust organic on the label, once again this isn't regulated either. Anything can have organic on the label.
