How long should it take for me to see results with my current workout plan?!

Question: How long should it take for me to see results with my current workout plan!?
I run a mile every day on a slight incline on the treadmill!. I do up to 200 crunches before bed and im working my way up with push ups!. I also try and do at least 30min of pilates before I run!. My diet consists mostly of chicken and pork, very little red meat!. I drink only water, a glass of 2% milk and occasionaly some orange juice!. Since changing my diet and exercise program I have lost 4 pounds but am looking to lose at least another 8 or so!. Any suggestions as to how I can improve my weight loss!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You're doing great, but I would seriously dump the crunches!. Most people think that doing crunches will get them "abs"!. The truth is, you already have abs!. They're just hiding underneath a layer of fat!. Plus, you're already doing pilates so there is no need to do duplicate work!.

Here's the thing about ab work!. It is a very inefficient way of burning calories!. Squats will burn far more calories than 200 crunches will!. That's because squats demand that you use most of the muscles in your body!. The metabolic cost is huge! And guess what, you use a lot of your ab muscles to do squats!.

Running a mile on an incline is great!. That is much better than jogging on flat ground!. Try to make it more difficult by running faster at times or increasing the incline a little more!.

Drinking only water is perfect too, but I notice your diet doesn't have any fruits or vegetables!. You need the fiber!.

Overall you're doing great!. Hope these tips help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, keep doing what you are doing but keep yourself nourished!. It takes a while to loose weight when you do it right!. Also, sounds like you arent overweight to begin with so you dont have much to work with!. Just keep doing what you are doing and change it up to keep your body working different muscles!. You dont want it to get used to things!. Keep drinking lots of water and eat healthy snakcs throughout the day to keep your metablolism up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink skim milk, not 2%, after all whole milk is only 3% so 2% is not much different!.
Pork IS considered a red meat, it has just as much fat as beef, switch to fish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should lay off the pork and the red meat unless your building muscle!.Just keep eating the chicken and add some fish if you want and you will lose way more pounds and drink 1% milk insteadWww@Answer-Health@Com
