Question: How do I recover my strength after intense exercise!?
Over the past 5 days i've played probably about 20-30 hours of soccer (including fitness training)!. So by yesterday I was done!. But yesterday I started a personal training program and the first step was to measure my fitness!. Which meant I had to do a beep test and many more fitness things, after which I played soccer for three hours and then had another 2 hour team practice!. So today I was done completely!. How can I recover for tomorrow!? Eat or any tricks!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to help your body recover are through sleep and nutrition!.
Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep tonight and make sure to eat enough protein and carbs!. Good protein is chicken, milk, eggs, turkey, nuts, fish!. Since you're working so hard, also eat some bread or rice or pasta!. The carbs will help your muscles recover faster also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
