Question: Im not underweight!.!.!. am i!?
im 16, 5'8 and fluxuate between 104 to 110 (usualy 108)!.
im thin but i dont look underweight!.
am i!?

Well!.!.!.technically you are definitely underweight!. I calculated your BMI as 16!.4 (I assumed you are female!.!.!.if male this number would be even lower!) and anything under a BMI of 18!.5 is considered underweight!. HOWEVER, bmis aren't to be taken as completely valid under any circumstance, and especially not since you're still a teenager!. Some people just have very small bone structures!.!.!.!.but it couldn't hurt to try and gain some weight!. So try protein shakes and hitting the gym to gain muscle, which weighs more than fat anyway!. You'd probably look and feel better if you did, and people will lay off!. I'm sure you could stand to gain some fat as well but that doesn't mean you have to sacrifice being healthy! Overall, it's up to your doctor whether or not you're too thin!. If you're eating enough and exercising and overall living a healthy lifestyle than you are probably just naturally thin and have nothing to worry about!. Actually, yes!. I am also 5'8 and 126 lbs and i am underweight!. according to weight/ height charts you and I should be in the 140-148 area!. but screw them right lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
