What can i take to make me poop regularly?!


Question: What can i take to make me poop regularly!?
i usually go like once every 2 days and when ever i eat a big meal i sometimes have to wait up to like 3 or 4 days and im trying to get a nice body and its slowing the process down i have 4 out of 6 abs but the bottom takes so long due to my lack of going to the bathroom !.!.!.!. what can i take thats still healthy but makes me get rid of all my waste faster!!.!.!.!.!.

eating plenty of fruit and getting enough fibre will help you go more!. also cut down on wheat and glucose!. also a bit of exercise helps about an hour aftermeals, light jogging maybe!. but it sounds like you might have a bit of irritable bowel, no cure just eat sensibly and little and often, rather than large meals!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
