NEEDS to put weight on?!


Question: NEEDS to put weight on!?
I consider myself to eat a lot, mainly at night!.I just never seem to gain weight at all and i have been told i'm underweight by my doctor :/

I'm also vegan though, so any help with gaining weight!?

also i alsked before but no'one answered, do B12 tablets work as well as the B12 injections!?

whoa, don't go getting injections or popping pills, if anything just take a multivitamin if neccassary!.

my advice would be to drink a lot of soda, and i would suggest milk but with being vegan and all, and soy milk doesn't have the same effect!.

deeps fry a lot of things (vegetable oil or olive oil of course), fried green tomatoes are awsome as well as fried pickles!.

eat plenty of olives and simply eat a little more than usual and lounge after eating!. but make sure you don't mellow into it, you don't want to give yourself an eating disorder!.

and plenty of pasta, pasta will beef you up bright quick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
