I was going to Buy it and want to know if it works but please ONLY ANSWER IF U USED IT.

I've used it... couldn't stick to a routine however... it did work while I was using it... I lost about an inch off my waist in a week. You can really feel it... it was just hard for me to get in a routine... I have been looking at something similar called the Red exerciser... trying to decide if that would work... google it and see what you think! Good Luck!
