What are some leg exercises I can do at home w/o weights?!


Question: What are some leg exercises I can do at home w/o weights!?
I'm looking to tone up and gain a little muscle for better leg definition!.
Right now Im just doing lunges which seem to be working because my leg muscles are sore!. I need some variation in my routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
