Question: I keep doing my weights nothing is happening helppppp!?
its almost time for high school awwwwwwwww i want to get my arms in shape and skinny and toned how do i do that please i need ur helpppppppp more then ever please and advice would be so great thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure that you're lifting enough weight with a good rep range!. Changes might not take place in physique immediately, but if you give yourself at least a month, you may notice some tweaks!. If you are following this already and aren't seeing much progress, it could be related to body fat (try to stay in a healthy weight range if you aren't already)!. Make sure you're eating both before and after you work out!. Don't forget to eat protein after you weightlift so that your muscles aren't feeding off of themselves to rebuild!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, if u are overwieght, u should begin to work-out on a regular basis!. When i say work-out i mean cardio and then finish it off with some wieghts!. The best bet for somebodey at ur age, is too continue doing what u usually do, and if u want to just work ur arms, get a couple 20s and find a repetetion(amount of times u lift wieght per side) u are comfortable wit and try and do it 5 sets, so 5 different times!. This could be followed up the next day with some pushups and sit-ups!. For cardio just do it everday if u can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im a year 9 in high school to make u look gr8 is to just be urself and if u don't like the way u r u can fix it

If u think u r u no like fat u can just do weights do something else like walking and running for4 ur legs and weights 4 ur arms and eat healty for ur whole bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
