Question: If you travel the same distance, does it make a difference if you walk or run!?
If you ran, you would be running for a shorter time than if you walked!. Which would burn more calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

because walking (most Likely) will not raise your heart rate significantly!. So you are not getting the cardio workout!. Even after you stop running your heart rate will take a while to come down!.!.!.still giving you cardio work!.
Many cardio routines (called interval) will have you run for a very short distance/time and rest for 1-3 minutes this is great cardio workWww@Answer-Health@Com

Running works your muscles a lot more than walking, the force required to push yourself off from the ground is greater the faster you want to go!. If you just walk, it hardly works you muscles at all!. Less muscle work means less calories burned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
