Shaking when doing crunches, towards beginning?!

Question: Shaking when doing crunches, towards beginning!?
I began shaking ( upper back, head, neck ) when working out today doing crunches!. I should for a good 3-5 crunches, but I kept pushing because I was in the beginning, and very well couldn't give up!. My body is NOT used to the crunches, and the shaking went away after a bit, but it still kind of bugs me!. Could it be the lactic acid ( even if I just started , because it burned about half way in ) or weak muscles ( from lack of doing this half enough ) !? I ate about 2-2!.5 hours before!. My arms also shook while doing knee push-ups!.!.!.!. But I'm pretty sure that's just from being out of shape!. Haha!.!.!.!. Okay, well, anyways, is it normal to shake all the way up to your head that early if at all!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
