Im not an expert at exercise, but it shoulds like a good plan to me (You can also try morning yoga!.!.)! I do, however, know alot about healthy diets!.
- Always eat your biggest meal for breakfast (carbs and protein to help you stay full all day!.!.!. cucumber sushi and scambled tofu with ume plum vinegar, seseme seeds and scallions)!.
- Eat raw or steamed veggies for lunch!
- Make your last meal of the day light, like some tomatos, carrot juice, or raw fruit!.
- In between meals keep your metabolism working by snacking lightly on raw foods like grape tomatos, cucumber, apples, or berries!.
- Drink only water and green tea (sweetened with SteviaPlus! a no-calorie, natural sweetner with tons of fiber)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really is possible, but it depends on a lot of different factors!. Also, you're 5'4 and 130 which means you're not overweight at all!. In this case it may take longer for you to lose weight simply because you aren't overweight!. Usually people who "need" to lose 20+ pounds lose weight quicker (Most of that is losing water)!.
Also, be careful not to wear yourself out with too much cardio!. I'm sure you'll know what's best for your body though!. I'm not saying you shouldn't do two hours per day, but it is also good to give your body rest from working out!.

Yes it is and it's in fact healthy to do that!. Dr!.'s say that you if you lose about 2!.5 pounds a week that it is not only healthy, but will help to keep it off!. Your goal is just about that so not only is it possible (which it is) it's a healthy way to do it!.
