Answers:
1) Drink a glass of water before every meal!. It fills you up so you don't over eat!. Also drink a glass of cold water every morning - Your body burns calories by cooling down the water to make it useful to your body!.

2) Eat slowly - It takes your brain 20 minutes to realize you're full, so if you eat fast, you'll overeat!.

3) Never crash diet!. Don't go under 1200 calories a day!. It'll slow your metabolism down, and you won't be able to receive all the nutrients you need in a day!. And once you do start eating normally again, you'll regain all the weight you lost immediately!. Instead, take it slow and steady!.

4) Don't be a lazy bum!. Do jumping jacks while watching TV, run laps around the coffee table - Just try to keep yourself moving!.

5) Immediately after eating, pop a piece of cinnamon or mint gum in your mouth so you don't feel the urge to keep picking at your food!.

6) And don't beat yourself up if you had a bad day! Listen to your body - If you want something, have it! Just always remember to keep it in moderation!. But don't deprive yourself, or you won't get ANYWHERE!.

7) Leave a couple bites left on your plate when eating!. You can save calories by not eating every last bite!.

8) Substitute "diet" foods for regular foods - Skim milk for whole, low-fat cheese for full-fat cheese, light bread over regular bread, reduced calorie yogurt over regular yogurt, Splenda for sugar, etc!.

First start with around 45 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a week, Try and stay away from the weights, 14 is to young and you can damage your bones, howver a few crunches and situps would be fine!.

As for diet your only 14 so you dont wanna get into anything too serious, just stay away from bad fatty foods and foods with refinded carbs in them, like whtie sugar and white bread, go for healthier, natural options instead!. And drink heaps of water, that really helps too!.

Stick with that and you'll be fit as!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, if you're working out you'll have a fair bit of muscle - and muscle weighs more than fat, so don't get hung up on weight!.
Eat as varied and natural a diet as you can!. F'r instance, water or fruit juice instead of diet colas & sodas, herb teas instead of de-caff!. A small amount of whole milk instead of a large amount of semi or skimmed (helps you absorb calcium better)!. Same with cheese and yoghurts, a little bit of normal is better than a load of low-fat!. Your bones haven't done growing till you're about 21 - watch CSI if you don't believe me, lol!
Wholewheat flour products when possible - don't do lo-carb it's not all that healthy!. Fruit, veg and salad - eat a rainbow every day! Cold-pressed oils, cider vinegar, make your own dressings instead of "bought" ones!. And candy!? Buy a good organic chocolate, it's more expensive therefore you eat less!
Include a dance routine for the good posture that every lass needs - and don't fret over your appearance!. If you get lines, smile so's they're nice ones - you don't want a selfish scowl!.
I can't say much about meat & fish, cos I'm veggie, but again go for small amounts of the best quality you can afford - organic if possible - try for organic & free-range eggs and chicken!. Kinder to you, the animals and the Earth!. Kind is beautiful, trust me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't do anything without seeing a Doctor and possibly a dietician - if you lose that amount of weight that quickly you will likely put it straght back on again!.
At your age diet is very important to proper development - get it wrong and you might have to worry about more than being a bit cuddly!
Tip - most guys don't like skinny girls - advertisers like skinny girls, suspect most are female or gay!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just eat healthily and exercise regularly about an hour a day(at the most) would be enough for somebody your age, drink lots of water!. but be careful not to try and loose alot of weight as you are still growing and this can effect your body development and its just not good for you! also try not to use weights that are too heavy for you it can mess up your skelital development!. strive to be healthy not skinny! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, diets are not safe at your age!. Try a work out plan!. It's very simple!. Target the abs for about 10 mins!. The buns/thighs for about 15 mins, the arms for 10 mins and do a cardio workout for about 20 mins about 3-4 times a week depending on how active you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
