SUMMER SOON: Time off from school, time to look finee?!


Question: SUMMER SOON: Time off from school, time to look finee!?
I was thinking that as soon as school ends i'm going to do it properly and really try and get a better bod before school starts again
and come back with people going wow
probably not
but i want some difference

So my question really is, other than some little tips and advice would be, best summer shape up tips
including breakfasts to kickstart the day!?

When you do regular exercise what do you find the most calorie burning, fun and even just a way to pass the time!?

Answers:
Special K, while low in calories, doesn't really have a whole lot going for it!. It has virtually no fiber!. I would find a good fiber rich cereal like All-Bran or even Oatmeal!. These fill you up and keep you from being hungry!. I eat a good high fiber cereal almost every morning, along with some fresh fruit with a bit of plain yogurt on it!. I do not put much milk on my cereal because I like crunchy cereal, not soggy!.!.!.plus, I like my yogurt in the morning!.

The best cardio exercise, in my opinion, is spin class!. I sweat more and develop more leg strength in that class than any other!. Plus, I have bad knees so this doesn't put any stress on them!.

Something that a lot of people neglect is strength training!. I was never a big believer in it till THIS time I lost weight (2 years ago)!. I do strength training 3 x a week, and it increases my metabolism!. Don't get me wrong; I still have to really watch what I eat, but strength training keeps me feeling strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

School starts in about a month!. Summer vacation is almost over for us!.

And ya, Special K works!. But whenever I did it, I was STAAAAAAAARVING!. My stomach wouldn't stop rumbling!. So!.!.I guess Special K isn't good!. Especially for avtive teens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat less and work out more- be it running/cross training/cycling!.!.!.!. or just eat more healthily- less calories taken in and more burnt off to lose weight!.

Yeh special k for breakfast would be a good start, and get regular sleep paterns going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
