i'm not sure how long 10 miles is but if its more then 20 minutes then you will lose weight for sure!. Also do some toneing and streanthing workouts after a bit!. (get a good workout dvd for ideas)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i doubt you will lose 20 pounds by cycling and dieting unless your 200 or more pounds!. you need some strength or weights in as well - also the bigger the muscle the more fat it burn - athletes who are muscley will burn more than you doing the same diet/exercise because they have muscles which performmore work doing the same activity!.
are you cycling 10 miles per week!? i think cycle every second day, and on the alternate days do some strengthening or weights - particularly around your core/abs as well as squats/lungesWww@Answer-Health@Com

the best way for you to lose pounds is to walk, or mixing walking with very slow jogging, just do it for 30 minutes every day, it would be much easier if you take a friend or your mom or dad or brother or sister, tell everyone you know that you want to get into better shape and somebody will do it with you, also try to slowly push out the bad food and replace it with healthy food choices, you can do itWww@Answer-Health@Com
