I'm on a diet, but I love beer. What should I do?!


Question: I'm on a diet, but I love beer!. What should I do!?
So I started a 1200 calorie a day diet to lose 15 lbs!. I just started it on Monday so it's been fairly easy to stick to so far!. I've just been bringing turkey sandwiches and yogurt to work for lunch, and not eating fast food for dinner!. I've managed to stay around 1,000 calories a day without feeling deprived at all!. My question is: come tomorrow, say 5:00, I'm going to be craving a beer really bad!. And that craving probably won't go away until sometime Sunday!. Since I've been 200 under my calorie goals everyday for the week, would it be okay to add those 200 into what I can eat over the weekends, and drink some beer!? It's either that or I'm spending all of Sunday on the elliptical, burning the calories off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could certainly carry over those calories on the weekend!. I've done that before, saved up calories to use on a holiday or weekend!. It all evens out in the end!. And if you still feel the need for a bit extra, why not spend some extra time on the elliptical as well!? Losing weight is a numbers game, which I'm sure you've figured out!. If you need that extra light beer, just make up the time for it by burning off a few extra calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1200 calories is a pretty extrem cut for alot of people!. Drink 1 beer and 1 beer only go for a good one like a Sam Adams light!. When on a diet if you deprive yourself too much your end up falling off your diet plan!. Some of the most successful people reach their weight goals by allowing themself a controlled indulgence once a week!.
Don't go over board on the eliptical!. you get more calorie burning benefit from proper strength training than over done cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes allowing a treat like beer will make you unlikey to induldge!. Just eat healthy the next day!. My weakness is suger coke (not diet) I'm having half a bottle of it now but i don't do this everyday and manage to keep the weight offWww@Answer-Health@Com

200 calories of beer is the same as 200 calories of pizza or cake!. Enjoy your beer, and drink lite beer if you can stand it!. (It's all about the calories!.) Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
