What foods are good to eat while dieting?!


Question: What foods are good to eat while dieting!?
So I want to lose about 15lbs in August but I have no clue what to eat!.Whats the best diet!?!? I EXERCISE!. I've been exercising for the past month and nothing is happening!. I just need to know what to eat !.

I do 2 hours of cardio, 100 situps, 100 pushups, and 100 jumpropes!. Also I do all the machines at the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A balanced diet is truly the key!. Reducing foods to their simplest form is almost always important!. Using fatty cooking oils, sugar, salt, etc!. is just a way to add taste!.!.!.and many calories!. Grilled chicken, veggies, whole wheats, fruits (but not too much), and other very lean meats are all great!. As long as you're eating simple foods and are controlling portion size, you're set!. Be sure to eat several times/day as this will convince your body to be in constant calorie-burn mode!. If you eat just a few times but eat more during those times your body will think it needs to store food and will slow its metabolism to conserve calories for the next lull between meals!. Moderae sized meals, healthy snacks, regular exercise (as you seem to have a fantastic grasp on) will work!. No doubt about it!.

I promise you its working you just cant see a difference yet!. You should just pretty much eat 3 servings of dairy, veggies and fruit and protein!. Just a regular diet just make sure you dont have a large portion of everything!. Make sure you have 2 servings of wheat bread each day alsoWww@Answer-Health@Com
