Is this true about muscles?!


Question: Is this true about muscles!?
They say working out muscles every day is bad!. How so!? Do muscles tend to get bigger when working them out too much!? I've noticed that when I work out every day they "swell" up, and when I stop, I look slimmer!. Does anyone know why!? Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you exercise, a lot of blood is pumped towards the muscles you are training!. This makes them bigger while exercising, and a while after!. However, training "hurts" your muscles, making small cracks in them!. They need to rest to be able to recover!. What actually makes you grow (muscleswise) is the fact that your body will try to prevent your muscles from getting hurt the next time, so besides recovering, your body will also strengthen your muscles!. So almost more important then the exercise, is the rest you take!.

I've never heard that working out every day is bad!. However, it is important to warm up, cool down, and to gradually build up your weight limit or you could hurt yourself!. You can over work yourself and cause more damage than good!.

And, it only makes sense that as you are working the muscle it swells!. As the muscle relaxes, it would "deflate" for lack of a better word!. Think of it as flexing a bicep it gets big and when you relax it goes back to normal size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when u give your muscles a hard work out you actually tear them, that is why they swell!. Then you must give them a break!. let them heal just like any other part of your body!. Example, i work out bi's 2 times a week tri' 2 times a week chest 1 time a week and so on!. the bigger the muscle group the more time it needs to heal to grow!. But, your abs is different, you dont want them to grow, just burn fat so you exercise them everyday!. Just according, do you want to gain muscle or just be in shape!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is considered bad because it could easily lead to overtraining of the muscles!. Which would actually cause them to shrink because they are constantly being broken down and not being given enough time to heal back up bigger and stronger!.
You feel bigger after you have worked your muscles because they are pumped up with blood!. Blood moves to a muscle when it is being worked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is only bad if you work the same muscles every day!. This is bad because your muscles need time to heal and if you don't give them time to heal and just keep working them it could cause serious damage!. So just be careful and switch off between muscles to allow for healing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
