Does jogging help burn fat all over?!


Question: Does jogging help burn fat all over!?
I want to start jogging and doing anywhere from 50-100 crunches a day!. Jogging about 4 times a week and crunches everyday!. Will this burn fat all over especially on my stomach!? and on average or based on what you know how long will it take to lose 15-20lbs and at least 2!.5 inches off my waist!?

i was 245 pounds (way over weight) 4 months ago, now as of today i am 195 pounds, still overweight but a lot better from before!. I ran about two miles everyday 6 days a week, sunday off because i work late shift!. also i did variety of other exercise, majorly weight lifting and crunches and sit ups!. Also i believe eating right is crucial too!. Stop yourself from dining out and eat some home cook meal, less red meat and more chicken, and eat 3 meals a day and make sure your dinner isn't late!.

I didnt find this too hard to follow instead of following those strict little meal diets they i found on website n stuffs, i like having a normal life and exercising regularly, i believe that is all you need instead of those diet plan and all those crap

by the way im 19 years old and i lost about 4 inches off my waist, went from a size 40 to a size 34-36

It's an urban myth that abdominal crunches help you lose weight around the tummy, sure they strengthen your abs and it's exercise so you will burn cals but we can't pick and choose where the fat comes off just as we can't choose where it goes on!.

Any cardio exercise is good, the more you do the better it is for your health and weight loss but don't forget your diet, there's no point eating hi cal foods if you want to lose weight no matter how much you exercise!.

Your body will need to heal too, so remember to rest a few days a week and try different things, run one day, cycle the next etc!.

For your abs try 100 crunches one day then 30 the next while holding a few weights and of course your body will thank you for a day or twos rest there as well!. For a great six pack we need to get our body fat to around 10 per cent or less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
