Apple juice is high in sugar!. The added sugar is not always that healthy, even though it is from a fruit!.
Apple juice is also rather acidic!. This only really matters if you have problems with acid reflux disease; the acidity can make acid reflux worse!.
Apple juice does have more vitamins and nutrients than soda, but if you are just thirsty, try a glass of water first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As everyone has pointed out, the sugar is way too high!. Apple juice is never a good alternative to the actual apple!. Apple juice has a big calorie punch, as well!. This is why I don't drink juice when I am dieting!. Furthermore, the nutritional value is negligible, which is why it is usually fortified!. The juicing process not only strips the nutrient, but there are many nutrients (besides fiber) which you will get from the actual fruit (such as the vitamin A)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
as far as i know i will first say the bad things first !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it leads to vomiting, stomach upset and ofcourse it is not good for ur health !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.go and drink natural juces right from the from the fruit itself it contains real vitamins but in ur tropicana it has only added flavours no vitamins !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and for good things it causes i know none!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say the sugar intake may be too much for you everyday!.!.!.you may want to mix a little water in it to dilute some of the sugar!.!.or try skipping days and have days where you drink water only!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
