Question: Help need!!?
I wanna get into shape!. I am not fat: 5ft8 and 59 kilos (with clothes)!. um!. I just want to exersize, but when I have to, I get lazy! And really have no clue what I should do to lose:
#1- Love handles!?
#2- Tummy!?

Crunches will firm up your tummy and take care of the love handles, and they are super duper easy, almost no effort!
Pilates (strengthening/stretching exercises) will tighten you up all over!. If you're not fat and not looking to lose pounds, there's no need for sweating!Www@Answer-Health@Com

dance belly dance tango!. it doesnt matter u can firm up your body and tone i highly recomend doing belly dancing it really good for your tummy lol (it doesnt have to look good) and you'll feel great too!. belly dancing helps with stress as well!. any dance does it fun and builds shape so do that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
