What excercises can I do?!


Question: What excercises can I do!?
I want something simple easy and playful! Please something besides weights or walking or pushups and squats and stuff!

Just move darlin, you need to get movement into your life, walk, jog, take dance class, take a clogging class, anytype of class that requires movement, karate, learn to hula hoop, skate around the neighborhood, get a new bike and actually use it, LOL , get a buddy to do these things with, it makes it easier, and especially at your age,

dont do just one, find several of them and learn to enjoy them, make being active part of your life, not just something you do from time to time,

Lol firstly, dont do situps as these are really bad for your back and not intense at all!. But your right, your only 12 so dont worry, as long as your moving around on the odd occasion, walking wont really help much because it's such a low intensity but yeah, anything that you can feel after a few minutes is what you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dancing, put on music you like and make up your own dance using your arms and legs to their fullest motion!. This is sort of Aerobics but the truth is anything too planned becomes boring and that is the problem with Aerobics!. Do it and you will see how easy it is to keep doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with Jeremy C- my step-daughter has the game & loves it!. If you can get the video game, it's fun way of keeping acticve & you can take turns with a friend!. That Wii is suppose to be pretty fun tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
