Question: Body burns more calories during hydration or dehydration!? 10 pts!.!?

Alright heres the details!. Earlier today I asked how to lose 4 pounds easy!. And there were no right answers for me!. So my question now is does the body burn more calories during hydration or during dehydration!.

Meaning will my body burn more calories when I'm not thristy oppose to when my body burns calories when I am thristy!?

So please answer the question!. ANd if you can help me can someone plan me a diet for tomorrow that will cause me to lose 3 pounds but won't create a lot of hunger (water drinking and stuff!.!.!.thank you!.)
PS is it better to drink juice for water (calories in jucice) to replace mionerals lose, or should I stick with electrolytes since they use more water!.!.!.Or just regular water!.
