how much water should we drink per day/
i know its somewhere between 1!.5-2 L but in every fruit and vegetable and juice there is water so are there 2L included in that or its just water we should drink/

You can have too much water!. It is called water intoxification!.

Purists would go with the pure water "on top of the liquids" you have consumed in a day, but I do find that ridiculous!. Ever heard of dirty water!? That is what I can class juices and fruit as(you get the idea)!. For I drink a dozen if not more cups of coffee a day plus one or 2 teas plus milk plus the various fruits and veges!.(and the odd beer)so as far as I am concerned, I got enough liquid in me!. If I feel like adding a glass of water, I do!.
Can we have too much water a day!? Yeah!. Its called drowning!.
