2 day Diets?!


Question: 2 day Diets!?
Okay so i need to Wear A bathing Suit and its in 2 Days! Is there a Diet that will work which Doesnt Require pills Or Crash Diets!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight, you have to burn 3500 calories more than you eat!. This is mainly why those 10 day diets don't work!. I've talked to a lot of guys, and most have said that even when a girl is little chubby if she has the right attitude, she can still be "hott!." So even if you are a little bigger than you want to be; just put on your bathing suit with confidence and strut your stuff!. Plus, bathing suit season isn't over yet!. You can still work on that diet later on if you still feel the need!. But looking good is more about what you think of yourself than what others think about you!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think if you drink a lot of water, you will flush your body & loose weight for a few days, but i think you gain weight first & idk if you have enough time for that!.

try eating salad instead of your regular food!.
i've also heard if you eat half a grapefruit before your meal, it releases an enzyme that burns more fat!.

i say you shuld
eat 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks a
day at the the rite time no sooner,
no later!
but make sure not 2 eat
too much or have midnight
snacks or watevr!

and get the rite amount of
excercise u need to get
those muscles working!

No!. You can't do anything days!. The only thing you can change is you're water weight!.

Theirs no quick fix!.

Edit: The user above me says no carbs, that's what I mean by water weight!. Not eating carbs will effect your water retention!. It's will sap you're energy, don't bother!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even not eating for 2 days wouldn't help that much!. Stay away from salt and dairy and drink a lot of water to decrease bloat!. That's the best you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
