17, putting on weight?!


Question: 17, putting on weight!?
im female, 17 years old, never dieted!. and now im starting to put on a bit of extra weight!.
im 5'6, and weigh 9!.8 stone (133!.5 pounds)!. and i feel as if it is starting to show on my face ( i have a roundish face)!.
i have asked my parents and friends if i have been putting on weight but they say no!.

im feeling a bit unhappy about it!. how should i diet without dieting!?

im 17 so i dont really believe in dieting this young so should i just go out running everyday!?

Your weight is perfectly healthy and it is natural to put weight on as your body could still be growing so dont let it bother you!. Parents and friends are usually the first people to notice when you put weight on, as if you think yourself that you have put weight on you will convince yourself that you have when you look at yourself when you havent! If you want to tone up then try sports that you think you would enjoy so then you dont get bored of doing it, such as swimming, cycling, running etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dom people like you are useless, if your not gonna give good advice then why bother at all!?! I'm sure I'd much rather look like the person asking the question than a skinny bean pole like you, you sound very underweight, so instead of being nasty to others, go and sort yourself out!.

To the questioner, if you do feel like your gaining a bit of weight, its nothing a jog a couple of times a week wont sort out, it should make you feel much better about yourself!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just cut down on all the soda chocolate fasfood bad foods etc!. You will be surprised how much weight that can put on a person!. Also just make sure your doing about 30 Min's of moderate physical activity each day!. Just be conuous of what to eat and say no from time to time to the bad things and not obsessed about everything you eat it will turn out bad and you will begin to binged!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just eat right and get plenty of exercise, not just to stay in shape or lose weight but for general health now and into the future, well being and to increase your life span! Lol that sounds stupid but atleast that way you are not dieting but just leading a healthy lifestyle!

Sorry btw did i just read that someone said this girl should be 80 or 90lbs!!!?!? That's ridiculous for her height I'm in that range at 5'1 and Im considered UNDERWEIGHT!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to walk/dance*learn belly dancing its very sweet and will burn fat*,all dancing is just good
Drink water and cut crap from your food
Before you start your meal eat big bowl of salad, and then eat protein then eat *rice/pasta/bread*
