Answers:
Your calorie intake might be too much, however DO NOT go by amount of weight lost this is a common misconception when dieting and exercising!. What you should look at is if you are fitting into pants a little different or shirts are fitting different (more comfortable hopefully)!. The old saying is very very true muscle weighs more then fat, that's why you haven't lost weight this week because you have been building muscle!. I tell all my clients this and it is the most important thing to remember!. In fact hide the scale for this next month and at the end see what you weigh, you might be even heavier but you have thinner waist!.
One thing to try though if you think your taking in to many calories is lower them for a few weeks, your body will adjust within this time!. The body will only use what it needs to to survive, so if you take in just enough or a little less than what it needs it will not store the excess in fat deposits!. If you feel tired and weak after the 3rd week up the calories back to where they were!.
As well by now you have gone through the first month this is when you lose the most weight do not get discouraged you are doing fine!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everybody plateaus at some point in their weight loss plan and you may be at that point!. But a number of factors can effect that and you really shouldn't be worried about one week where you didn't lose weight!. If you're working out so much chances are you're adding some muscle mass, which is a good thing as it speeds up the fat burning process!.

Don't sweat it and just keep at it!. Two pounds a week is an ideal rate!. If you keep your routine up you'll be in tip top shape in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you don't change what you eat for a while and eat the same number of calories your body gets used to it and doesn't burn any fat!. if you eat to little than your metabolism will slow down and your body will start to keep the weight on!.

you might have plateud which means that your body is used to the workout so you won't lose any more weight!. try changing it up a bit and making it harderWww@Answer-Health@Com
