your suppose to take it before breakfast lunch and dinner but i dont get hungry so i only eat one time a day so i just take it once. WILL it still work

It is not normal nor healthy to only eat once per day. Your body cannot operate properly on one meal a day, it will start going into starvation mode, and you will appear to lose weight.
This is dangerous, as you will be losing muscle mass, and will be affecting your nervous and circulatory systems in a negative manner.
Your body will be the most healthy and strong when you eat several small and balanced meals throughout the day.
Be very careful of any so called "diet products." Many people have developed heart palpatations and breathing difficulties because of the chemicals you are putting in your body with these types of product.
Whatever weight you may lose, will go right back on as soon as you finish the pills.
It is false weight loss. The only way to remain at a healthy weight is to eat sensibly and exercise every day. That is what truly works, and nobody in the history of mankind has truly found a diet pill....if they had, would the obesity rate and general unhealhiness in the world be so high?
