Question: Help me please !!!!with dieting!!!!?
well i am 11 & I wants to lose about 10 pounds I am overwieght & I needs a diet before school starts in about 2 weeks please help me !!!I !. ims not that heavy but im short so you can definaly tell im 4 ft!. & 5inches & 80pounds(which is overwieght ) so pleasr help me outWww@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not drink soda
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

Do not starve yourself in hope of getting thin fast!. Here are a couple of reasons:
-You will lose weight for a couple of days, but after a short period of time of continuous fasting, your body's defense mechanisms will prevent you from becoming a bamboo stick too fast, so the method won't work in the long run!.
-You can't do it forever, you'll wear out and very likely get impatient and eat like crazy one day!.
-It's unhealthy!.

Here's what you may want to avoid eating/drinking
-Drink water!. No soft drinks!. Hell, avoid juice!. If you have a habit of drinking soft drinks, and you stop for a while, you'll be surprised at the difference it makes!.
-Avoid high-carb and high-fat foods!. These foods include fatty meat, milk, deep fried foods, chips, rice, and grains!. What you might go for instead is chicken, without the skin, because the skin contains way too much fat!.
-Go for vegetables, and protein
Tomatoes are great--they are nearly calorie free and very healthy!. Protein-rich foods are superior to high-carb and high-fat foods because protein is harder to digest, and therefore your body burns a lot more energy digesting the protein when you consume foods such as chicken and beans (please, no fried beans)!.
-Salads
Eat them like there's no tomorrow!. Cut back on the dressing, please!. Or eat it without the dressing, even!.
-No snacks!. No late dinners!. No dinners later than 8:00 PM!. And no fights with your mom!.

Lastly, go work out or run like crazy!. 30 minutes of intense exercise everyday wouldn't hurt!. If you don't have the perseverance to really be good to your body, you'd have a hard time later in life!. Interestingly, eleven was the age when I transformed from fatso to thin guy!. And slowly I morphed into!.!.!.yes!.!.!.muscles!. You interested in female bodybuilding!?

Eat a well balanced diet!. Get correct amounts of each food group for your age/height/body type!. 5 meals a day, get everything you need!. Your body will burn what it needs to if you are getting all the nutrients that it needs to run properly!. Don't drink soda, watch your sugar intake!.
