You can probably increase your thighs size by increasing your calorie intake and doing weighted squats (few sets 10 reps) for twice a week and increase intensity by increasing the sets, increasing the weight or decrease the rest in between sets or all of the above)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that girl is just wearing high wasted hot pants to make her legs seem longer!.!.!.!. they are meant to give the illusion of the leg showing to be the lower part of your thigh but it is actually the top part of the thigh which is showing!.!.!. and that part is biggest!.

But you can build up your thigh muscles by doing squats lunges, side leg raises, rever leg raises!.!.!.!.!.also running, dancing, swimming and cycling can help to build thigh muscle!.

Cycling is great for legs and butts - you will get more muscle tone so they will look slightly bigger!.

Have you tried going to a Gold's Gym and talking with a personal trainer!? They could definitely help you with targeting an area and building it!. If you're shy about going bring a male friend or family member!. Gold's is pretty good you don't have to commit - so once you work with the personal trainer a few times you can do everything at home!. I stay away from Gyms because I don't like sharing Gym equipment other people sweat on - the MRSA bacteria which is deadly is known to be transmitted this way!. So be careful!. You may be able to get a personal trainer and tell him/her that you are not touching the gym equipment and just need counseling on what to do at home!. You can purchase a stairmaster for cheaper than a gym membership - they have payment plans!. http://www!.nautilus!.com/nautilus_brand_h!.!.!.

Get either the 4600 CL or PT - DO NOT GET THE 4400CL - you need the side bars to hold you up if you're fatigued!. And the STEP MILL - don't even look at it!.

Here's what I do:

I drink at least a quart of regular organic milk and work out on a stairmaster for 30 minutes level 5!.
I reserve one large glass of milk just before bedtime so my body can use the protein during the sleep rebuilding and rejuvenation process!.

I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night so my body can build!. The more sleep the better!. I sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress for zero gravity sleep and it helps big time!. If and when I have trouble sleeping I take Jarrows formula 5htp 50 mg a few hours before bedding in!. It's the precursor to the chemicals your body makes for sleeping - so if your body needs it it makes it from there!. The reason i don't take melatonin is because it could cause my body to stop making it which is totally not what I want it to do!.

As always consult with your Medical Doctor prior to starting any exercise program, diet, or new supplements!.

note: You may be just lucky and not have a problem with gaining too much weight, so a price tag for this body type may be thinner upper thighs!. Typically people with thighs like the ones in that photo are body types who constantly struggle with weight gain (like me)!.
