Question: How to loose 20 pounds and man boobs in 3 weeks!?
Hi im 5 8 and weigh 225 and need to loose 20 pounds before school which is 3 weeks, i have man boobs and dont want to be jiggling like a bowl of jello in pe so what should i do please help!!!!!!!!!!
p!.s!. dont give me stuff like eat a balanced diet or somthing, and dont say its impossible because its not please help, im open to crash diets too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you wanna be lazy and not eat a ballanced diet which is the sensible thing to do and work it off!.

The best way is heaps of cardio, some weights, heapsa water and a good diet, but if you dont wanna do that then its gonna be impossible to loose it and keep it off!.

Crash diet if you want but as soon as you start eating again you'll get even fatter!.

healthy diet excrise is the key answer screw em milk shakes they are bad for you they have acid in em so if you dont excerise afterwards then your going to end up in danger with holes in your intestines!. and when you eat do more excerise eat less bread cerals and carbs cuz they make people fat cuz they dont burn it off and it stores as fat, carbs are breads and stuff they are potenial energy sources so cut down or dont eat it for a while!. eat fruits veges and others stuff oh dnt listen to the person above 70 clarioes a day will not get you awaywhere you will strave to death youll need 4000 calarios a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

i guess your a male so 225 isnt as bad as it is for females!. but im 5"8' too, and im only 115!.!.!. sorry to make you feel bad and all!
Um, well first you need to cut out the main carbs in your diet if you feel like a bag of chips just say NO! think like the packet is all fat thats being strapped to your body!. if you're starving have a banana or another fruit!.!. try for ones without too much sugar!.
Also i'd start exercising for one get off the computer and go have a run! Do maximum body workouts!. and dont stop when you're tired keep going!.!. only stop when you're aching!.!.
Plus if its night time and you're sitting watching TV dont just sit!. sorta do miny exercises like lifting your arms up and down it may look odd but it will help

If you're allowed you may be able to get some subscription diet pills they'll help too!.!

i just researched what the ideal weight for males of 5'8 is and it is 154 pounds so aim for that!

Ive been looking around for a long time, and still i ask for advice, but an easy way to put off weight is by upping ur intake of natural body filters i!.g!. fiber antioxidants etc!.!.!. things that will get rid of all that junk that has built up in ur body for the past years of ur life!. teas and lots of water :) people lose anywhere from 5 - 15 ,some people said 25 but idk, pounds of all the "built up crap" thats all over ur body!. to keep it off of course u would need to do this for about 10 days frequently drinking teas, antioxidant rich foods and fiber, and then aftwerwards make it a habit to drink tea 3 - 4 times before you sleep and keep tons of fiber in your diet all the time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok no carbs like bread, pasta and the sort, fresh fruit and vegetables and lots of water!. The Cabbage Soup diet is excellent as you can eat as much as you want and you lose 10 pounds in a week!. So you would lose 30 pounds in 3 weeks hehe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
