Do I sound healthy to you???!
Question: Do I sound healthy to you!?!?!?
So I am 5'4 and about 123 or 124 and right now I am doing Cross Country!.!.!. so everyday I am probably running in between 3 and 6 miles!. Then what I usually eat is:
before i eat i take a vitamin
breakfast:usually a small bowl of cereal with low fat milk
snack:an apple or an orange
lunch:salad with other veggies,maybe fruit, and vegetarian ground beef
snack:either just plain crackers or crackers with a little bit of peanut butter for protein
dinner:pretty much the same as lunch
desert:either a popsicle(gets rid of my craving for sugar) or some kind of fruit
drink:I usually try to drink a lot of water, every once in awhile ill have orange juice, and i try to drink a glass of low fat milk once a day
So do i sound healthy and if you have any suggestions just let me know!.

it sounds healthy but you might need to be eating more carbs the night before a run!. eat pasta and meats!. the rest is good though, i run xc too and i hope you have a great seasonWww@Answer-Health@Com
not too bad!. You should be adding a little more protein in your diet to prevent muscle fatigue( either tofu, fish or chicken)!. Baked fish is the best very low in calories, low in fat, and super rich in protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you sound like you have a healthy routine!. but loaf every once in a while!. and chow down!. eat a meal with about twenty different things in it at least once a week!. never know what vitamin or mineral your body needs to soak up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you are eating healthy, exercise from cross country is healthy!. your 123 pounds because that's normal and also your muscle weight from running a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
