Okk my friend is a little overweight?

ok my friend is a little overweight and she wants to know what she can do to get skinnier.
what does she eat?
does she run?
or what


Answers:

She needs to eat healthy! If she is a woman then join weight watchers! lol it really works! But, incase u cant do that....... here are some tips that will work! But, if she dosen't stick to them, it will not work.
1. RUN RUN RUN, excersise!
2. Don't eat a lot of junk! Water will help you loose. If she dosen't like the taste of water add some of those little rasberry or lemonade packets in a bottle of water.
3. Work it out: Tell her to do push-ups and sit-ups to get strength. Plus, you look great with a little bit of muscle/no fat on the arms.
4. Tell her to ask her mom or someone to help her keep eating right! Or, you could help her. Tell her if she eats something bad, she has to run it off, and the more bad things she eats the more she runs. So lets say she eats a brownie, she will have to run like 5 laps around her yard(depending on how big it is)
5. Keep it up! The main thing on every diet it to keep at it! Many diet plans fail with people because they don't keep it up. try to remind her to do her push-ups and eat healthy. E

*Tell her to right down what she eats every day and make sure it is healthy. This will help keep track of what she eats and how much she is eating.
*Portions, portions, portions. If you eat a large amount of everything your going to try to eat it all! That is stretching your stomache, when you keep eating when your full, it makes your stomach stretch. Bad! Don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomache.
* Don't eat past 8:00! Bad bad bad! You usually don't do anything like excersicing past 8:00.
*When you are bored, don't eat because I do that sometimes, tell her to go outside and mabey play with her animals, play some basketball, softabll, whatever she likes to do besides sitting inside on the computer and tv.
* Follow the food pyramid. Extremley good for you!
