Find something fun to do as an alternative!. One of the best ways to stay committed to exercising is to do something fun!. Try to mix up your exercise routine!. Reward yourself for a week's worth of exercise (through a dessert, or a CD, or something like that)!.

Write out your commitment, and then put it someplace you will see it frequently, like on your bedroom door or something!.

I find, when I exercise, if I think about how great it is for me and my body, it gives me the inspiration to keep going, even if I am tired!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must find a way to make the running fun! Find something to keep you motivated!.!.!. Make a plan! For every time you run 1 mile you get to buy yourself a new magazine!. lol I don't know that was just an example! You could run while watching TV or a movie! You could also get someone to do it with you so that you have company!.!. like a friend could join you and you could have a nice daily chatt! =) xx good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

same here!. watch TV, when your favorite show is on!. set goals to feel good when you accomplish something!. try to run outside instead, that way you can run with a friendWww@Answer-Health@Com

1% inspirtation

try taking a friend jogging with you to a track nearby
you can talk while you run :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

My best advice is to just remind yourself how bad you want to keep your goals!. Sometimes people set rewards for themselves for keeping with their goals also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
