Do you think...?!


Question:

Do you think...?

Do you think that I'll be able to lose a good few inches off my waist and hips within 1-2 months? (probably about 4-5 inches off both)I've started this new workout 2 days ago to help burn calories, and shape up.
I run two miles everyday, one mile in the morning, and one in the afternoon.
I complete over 300 situps throughout the day. (25 situps every now and then-not directly after meals though).
And I'm also cutting back on calories, to only consuming app. 1300 calories daily.

So do you think it'll work? and do you have any suggestions(exercises, advice, etc.) to help me acheive my goal? (NO stupid comments, at least act mature here.)

also, since im running the mile along my driveway, each half of the mile is uphill.(and I mean STEEP uphill)

Sounds like you are on the right track and your goal is realistic. My only suggestion would be to run the two miles once a day, not to split it up. When you do cardio exercise over 20 minutes, you start to burn fat very efficiently and you will also build more endurance.
