YES! omg i have that too!. lmfao, okay, well ive been doing this and its really been working for me!.
okay, theres a workout called the sissors!.
you lay on your back, and put your hands under your butt and lift up your legs and move them across eachother like right over left then left over right!. and keep your head up!. do as many as you can daily!. it works your lower abbs!.
also go into the same position and move your legs up and down one by one but dont let them touch the floor!. do it as much as you can daily, it also works your lower abs:D!.
if you need more email me or somethingg, i have plentyy!.

I think you are somewhat confused; what you call poochiness is in actuality a muscle; nothing you can do will rid yourself of that slight bulge!. It's beautiful just the way it is!.

Stop worrying!. You say you have an athletic body--good for you!. Personally I find "thin" people to be unattractive, and I think that most men would agree with me!. There is simply nothing sexy about being underweight Fashion may dictate what's sexy for some people, but I am not one of them!.

If you look at paintings from the past--that is to say before 1960, you will see that full, voluptuous female bodies are the model of femine beauty, not skinny women!.

Enjoy your beauty; you've worked hard for it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am a 16, about to be 17 year old male and I have a friend who was basically born with a six pack lol!. I have an athletic body, but I don't have a six pack like him!. I have always been athletic, more so than him!. He is working out in the gym now, but I am going to break down (Lose fat) and then once I get into single digits I will go to the gym to bulk up!. I just found this website with great information and a great workout plan, it is about 8 weeks of your time!. I am starting it tomorrow!. I do not know if it will work, but it sounds like it!. http://musclemedia!.com/training/hiit!.asp after you read the page click on "Tables 1 and 2"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey-- I know you asked specifically for exercises, and it looks like people have a lot of good suggestions about that!.

I was just gonna throw in my two cents about diet--- even healthy people who exercise pretty regularly, which it sounds like you do, have to think about diet when it comes to the belly area!. Not diet-ing, mind you, but a lot of people find that eating more veggies and fiber while cutting back some on animal products (meat, dairy, eggs) that are fattier and have higher cholesterol can make a big difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is! when i ever i complain about that my mom, who is an expert on fitness, recomends iron crosses!. They are when you lay flat on your back and lift your legs up and down without lifting anything but your legs and not letting your feet touch the ground!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
