Question: 1 weight 146 am i fat!?
I weigh 146 pounds!. I'm 15!. I am 5'2'' and i swim all year round!. I know i am chubby w/ like my butt, my thighs and my stomach area a little but not that much!.!.!. also its embarrassing cuz i hav liek "man boobs" like idkk its like i dont feel like i'm fat it just looks like my thighs are big and stuff but like everythkng else is skinny except for my butt, my thighs and stomcah!.!. soo i kno alot of my weight come from muscle cuz my arms hav muscle and my calvs and i know i hav muscle like everywehre but i kno that i hav fat in places too !.so can someone help me by

1!. Telling me what a healthy weight for me should be!.

3!. how to get to that weight
4!. how to get rid of the fat!.!.

You could drop 10lbs to reach your weight range!. To get rid of the fat, you need to exercise some more!. Try doing crunches for your stomach and sit-ups/push-ups and all of that!. Just search the net for some exercises that you can do to help reduce the fat!. Also, you have to know that you cannot just lose weight or fat on a particular spot immediately!.
