Question: Im 13 and need to loose wieght!. How!?
i have love handles and a gut lol thats it i weigh 135 ibs!. at 5'3" and i know kids my age and my hieght that are like 100 pounds and i wanna be like that, i exersize alot i just need to eat better and idk how i really need helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason!. Sounds funny, but to lose weight!.!.!. you must eat (the right things, of course)

? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !

Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat"!. Beside being stupid!.!.!. you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys!.

Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc!. during the diet!. Even lite or light versions!.

DO not eat junk past 3:00 pm
late night snacks will be meat , cheese , or low fat yogurt
im 5"9" and from 140-160 pounds
but im pretty slend sept for the lower gut were i have a bar of fat

You are within the normal range of weight so I am thinking you may just want to tone up rather than really lose weight!. Now remember as you gain muscle you will gain some weight, but also remember at the same time you will lose inches off your sides and tummy too!. It all evens out!. I guarantee you will feel better about yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to do a little bit of math at the beginning of the page, just to figure out how many calories you need!. then it will tell you how many to eliminate to lose weight!. it gives tips and tricks on cooking and excersize!.!.!. its awesome!. you shouldn't aim to be 100 pounds at 5'3 because that is way underweight and you'd rather be healthy right!? and maybe what you should do is not lose weight cause that could be hard but maintain your weight!. so you'll get taller and it would appear that you lost the weight when you didn't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
