Question: Need help with working out!!?
I am a thirteen year old boy that weighs 135 pounds i really need some suggestions on how to lose weight and gain muscle mass and tight abs!. I alredy drink protein shakes and i curl 800 a day and my biceps are big enough so i dont need a lot of suggestions for my biceps i do not have any equiptment and i am 2 young to go to a gym and pleez leev specific details on the exersises and if u do not feel like it give me ur email (hotmail or watever u have)and after u give me the directions(if u choose to) u can delete and block me for safety reasons u may have!.!.!.!.!.!.PLEASE HELP ME!Www@Answer-Health@Com

CHILL!! Don't worry!. You're in a state of growth and change and things will even out after a while!. I say skip the protein drinks and focus on eating healthy!. Join a sports team!. They give you regular excerise and it's fun because you get to be with people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
