Question: Is this a good diet for a 12 year old!?
Breakfast- Honey Nut Cheerios with 1% milk
Snack- Peaches & Blackberries

Lunch- Chicken Noodle Soup & 1 turkey dog
Snack- Bananna

Dinner- Lean Cuisine
Dessert- Sugar-Free Neapolitan Ice Cream [Edy's]

Beverages-
OJ, Green Tea, Orange Vitamin Water, & Water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Under the beverages list there should be milk!. milk helps you grow strong bones etc etc!. but umm yeah sounds pretty good except you can't eat the same thing every single day!. make a few good diet plans like that so you can swap around during the weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

umm hunny 12 year olds dont need diets! your too young! you dont want to get into that stuff now! maybe start in like 3 yearsWww@Answer-Health@Com
