Tips for dieting.?!


Question: Tips for dieting!.!?
i have been on a diet for about 2 months now and seen no progress at all! i want to lose atleast twenty pounds, so i have been working out twice a week!. i need some tips on eating right and excersise!.

I am 5'3 and i used to be 170 pounds!. I ran a mile a day for 7 days a week and ate 3 kiwis for breakfast, lunch salad NO DRESSING!, and dinner green tea!. in 4 months I was 125!. i hope this helps!. Have you considered joining a sports team (tennis is fun) or taking an active class (like kickboxing or aerobics)!? I find it's a lot easier to exercise if I'm learning something and not just lifting weights or running!. It also helps me exercise regularly and for a good amount of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i have a wii(wii fit) and work out on it every day and i lost 15 pounds and i eat 3 small meals and fruit for snacks and i dont watch what i eatWww@Answer-Health@Com

what exactly is your idea of a diet!?
eat 5 or 6 small meals a day!. NO junk food!. NO fast food!. only healthy foods such as chicken, fish, veggies, fruits, nuts!.
exercise at least 30 minutes a day! cardio where you get your heart rate up!. such as power walking, running, swimming, bicycling, and sport you enjoy!.
